From the beginning, the company has provided services, historically centered around the technology, manufacturing and transportation sectors. West Indies Management s.r.o. was founded in December 2003 as a Transformation and Strategic Change Management consultancy by a group of experienced professionals who wanted to shift the focus of consultancy from the selling of ideas to the delivery of change...to actually deliver rather than just point the way. West Indies Management has integrated service offerings that include both core competencies and outsourced resources to better provide value to our customers. To enable this, we have partnered with several large regional and global companies and continue to look for opportunities to expand our offerings through further partnerships. West Indies Management is building a complete value chain of offerings to enable the successful delivery of bottom-line impacting transformation programs.

Aside from the decades of experience embodied
in our senior management team, West Indies Management has
added some interesting projects in our first three years:
For a medium-sized optics manufacturer based in the Czech Republic, West Indies undertook a complete strategic audit and provided a three year strategic transformation plan to allow the company to execute on the new market opportunities available with the EU accession of the Czech Republic.
Central review of treasury operations for the United Nations in New York, along with inspection/discovery tours to various locations including Geneva, Vienna & Pristina.
West Indies is supplying a Quality and Test Expert for this European Union-funded (CARDS) project for the Ministry of the Interior of Croatia.
In conjunction with VSO (Volunteer Services Overseas), completed a report on the viability of setting up a Cooperative Bank to facilitate metropolitan micro-finance in Addis Ababa.
For a very large Insurance and Long Term Savings institution based in Norwich, UK, West Indies Management has provided short-term project management on a number of technical infrastructure and ICT projects.
