- From the Organizational Design, an organization will be recruited, on boarded, trained and developed to deliver the business case, utilizing the right mixture to enable transparent handover before program closure and to ensure a motivated and capable organization.
- The Products and Equipment will be purchased or leased via a proven and streamlined procurement process.
- Facilities Provision streamlines the facilities resources and ensures the proper facilities are available to the program.
- Business Services provides the IT, Marketing and Security resources required by the program.
