- IT ‘Utility’ Management represents the idea of a complete IT outsource, or IT as a 4th utility.
- Special Services cover any additional requirements outside the customer’s normal scope of business, including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
- An exit strategy for any program deliverable is critical. West
Indies Management can ensure that the Exit Strategy delivers on
the original Business Plan and that all components have a
meaningful end of life plan.
