Available Positions:

  • Consultants (1-2 positions)

    • Minimum 5-10 years Project Management, Risk Management, PRINCE II, PMI, MSP in international corporations, preferably in ICT dimensions in Logistics, Telecommunications and Financial Services industries; International Change Programs and/or NGO Development Program experience a plus.

  • Senior Consultants (3-5 positions)

    • Minimum 12-15 years experience in International Change Programs and/or NGO Development Programs, Project and Program management, Risk Management, Executive Management (COO/CIO/CEO) or Senior Project Management using PRINCE II, PMI, MSP in international corporations, preferably in ICT dimensions in Logistics, Telecommunications and Financial Services industries. UN internal procurement and bidding/World Bank funded procurement and bidding experience a plus.

All of the above roles are expected to be based in Prague (probably) and require the following skills:

  • Customer centric. Strive for quality in service delivery to our customers. Strong customer management skills a necessity, as is experience in managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead teams without organizational authority.

  • Experienced managing conflicts and building proactive cooperation.

  • Able to lead and manage change, understand the effects of organizational and process changes, and the effort needed to implement an innovative solution and how this impacts the operation in terms of workload/cost.

  • Experienced with Executive exposure, including board level within multiple cultural environments.

  • Inspire credibility, strong interpersonal & communication skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude.

  • Initiative, creativity and visionary skills and

  • Able to work on an unstructured environment and bring structure to a problem, synthesize issues.

  • Strong and fast in decision making process.

  • Process driven, able to improve the profitability and processes within Service Transition. Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign, virtual and multi-cultural environments

  • Fluent, preferably native-level English. Other languages (especially European or Asian) a plus, with German, French, Portuguese priorities.

  • Preference to travel, varying from 20% to 90% with long assignments globally, focused on developing countries in Africa, Asia (though not always...some international developed countries as well).
