West Indies Management s.r.o. is structured on a lean, horizontal model with most delivery affected through partnerships, associated consultants and vendors.   Senior managers provide the processes, organizational design, tools & technologies, and services to enable delivery of small or large engagements, drawing on our pool of resources.  Unlike classic consultancy, each customer engagement is led by the appropriate senior staff, to ensure consistency and delivery.

West Indies Management has built an internal model that allows our senior people do what they are best at (and what they enjoy most), which is helping our customers achieve their strategic goals.

Kristopher M. Stockett is the Managing Director and a principal consultant.  He has over 20 years experience in Software Development, Support, Integration, International Solution Delivery, Project/Program Management and Strategic Change Management.  His expertise extends to organizational development, team building, coaching, mentoring and training as well.

David Lee is the Director, Business Management Office. David has been an independent consultant since 1993 with key areas of expertise in banking operations and procedures and the assessment and implementation of the systems to support them.  With a total of over 30 years experience in banking and IT, including commercial and government sectors, his background has taken him from his native England to Central Europe and the Far East.
