Having the right resources at the right time is critical in delivering any program or project. West Indies Management is not a recruiting firm.  But West Indies Management does have partnerships with consulting and recruiting firms and can, with the assistance of our partners, provide the identification of organizational skill gaps and requirements, provide interim management, validate the resourcing processes and capabilities, supply individuals to specific requirements (temporary or permanent), supply complete project teams with complementary skills, assist in the defining of sourcing requirements and consultation on and validation of organizational measures, incentives and rewards.
