West Indies Management assists on Croatian National Border Management Solution

West Indies Management s.r.o., in collaboration with a consortium of companies led by B&S Europe, S.A., has initiated a governance project in conjunction with the establishment of a National Border Management System in Croatia.

14 July 2006 – West Indies Management s.r.o., working with a consortium led by B&S Europe, S.A., and including experts from Public Administration International (PAI) and CESO CI - Consultores Internacionais S.A (CESO-CI), has started work on a CARDS (EC Framework) project to assist in the delivery of a National Border Management System for Croatia. 

David Lee, a Director at West Indies Management, has been chosen as the Quality Expert who will review the Quality Management documentation and plans, including reviews of:

• Project Plan
• Project Management Handbook
• Quality Management
• Quality Plan
• Risk Management Plan
• Data and Document Management Procedures
• Scope of Testing
• User Acceptance Test Plan
• Test Approach
• Test Scenarios

Working closely with the Croatian Ministry of the Interior and the National Police, the project involves providing expertise and mentoring on Quality, Project and Test Acceptance methodologies as the primary providers of the National Border Management System deliver via another EC funded project.

The project commences later this month and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2007.
