Transformation Management

- A Transformation Director (or Manager) is the one
person responsible to the Program Board for delivering a Program.
Typically only required in large, complex programs, the Transformation
Director/Manager balances the Program, Cultural Change and Investment
Management aspects of the Program to ensure that the end delivery is
successful by all criteria.

Management services directly, or can provide interim services while
helping identify, train and mentor appropriate internal personnel.

management. PMO also ensures proper project closure and the
capture and integration of lessons learned through Post Implementation
Reviews (PIR). West Indies Management can assist in the

(PSO)

- Similar to a PMO, a Project or Program Support Office
acts in a more supportive role, providing guidance and assistance to
project and/or program resources throughout an organization. A PSO
does not typically drive down standardization, but does frequently lobby

establishment of a PSO, the development of processes, tools and
technologies, and any interim or permanent staffing requirements.

Center Of Excellence (PPM CoE)

- The establishment of a Project/Program Management
Center of Excellence (PPM CoE) can add value to organizations with an
existing (or developing) expertise in Project and Program Management.
The PPM CoE provides the functionality of a Project/Program Management
Office (PMO) and/or a Project/Program Support Office (PSO), and it can
act as an internal consulting organization in best practice methods,
processes, organizational development and world class tools and
technologies. The PPM CoE can help embed the culture of proactive risk
management and transparent reporting and project management and
accountability and meaningful governance throughout the organization.
