e-Government Center of Excellence
 

West Indies Management can assist in setting up Project and Program Management (PPM) Centers of Excellence within Government Ministries and/or Departments.

These Centers of Excellence act as internal consultancies, mentoring Project and Program Management staff; providing consistency in reporting, methods and interdependency validation; providing expertise and project/program governance, steering and risk management.

The Centers of Excellence also help bring the latest technologies and methods from the business sector into Government, as well as ensuring any gaps in expertise internally can be quickly bridged.
